What to send

Tell us this and we can build a proposal.

If you can give us the following in your first email or form submission, we can usually return a complete proposal within 24 hours instead of trading a week of back-and-forth.

  • Preferred dates — exact week, or a 2–3 week window with priorities.
  • Program interest — full-day, multi-day, Paine & Pesca combo, or open.
  • Experience level — for the group as a whole and any beginners.
  • Group composition — how many anglers, any non-fishing partners, ages.
  • Dietary requirements — allergies, vegetarian, gluten-free, anything we should plan around.
  • Arrival point — PUQ (Punta Arenas), FTE (El Calafate), or self-driving in.
  • Personal gear — are you bringing your own rods, waders, or relying on ours.
  • Special occasions — birthdays, anniversaries, retirement trips — we'll fold them in.

Don't have all of this yet? Send what you have. Half a sentence starting with "we're thinking February" is enough to get the conversation going.
